COMPUTER TECHNICIAN
CAREER DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITY
- Install and configure computer systems, hardware, and software
- Troubleshoot system and network problems and diagnose and solve hardware or software faults
- Provide technical support either in person or over the phone
- Setup new user accounts and profiles as well as deal with password issues
- Respond to queries either in person or over the phone
- Maintain records of repairs and fixes for future reference
- Test computers before installation of components to ensure they are working properly
- Uninstalling outdated programs on computers, and replacing them with fully-protected programs that offer similar or improved functionality.
- Updating computer software programs as updates become available.
- Researching potential hardware and software updates to advocate that any new programs be added to company devices once those updates are released.
- Identifying and eliminating computer viruses or other threats and implementing measures to protect devices against any future data breaches.
- Communicating with clients and fellow PC technicians as well as any other IT support staff who might help in completing shared tasks.
Requirements:
- At least one year experience as a Computer Technician or relevant role
- An associate or higher in IT/Computer Science
- Driving license is an asset
SALES EXECUTIVE
CAREER DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITY
- Set goals to increase and maintain sales target.
- Provide weekly reports on your responsibilities.
- Develop and implement appropriate strategies by segmenting markets, and promoting products and services to those markets.
- Build business by identifying and selling prospects; maintaining relationships with clients.
- Demonstrating and presenting products
- Negotiating contracts and packages
- Formulate business proposals according to customers’ business needs.
- Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements.
- Identifies product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
- Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; benchmarking state-of-the-art practices; participating in professional societies.

NETWORK ENGINEER
CAREER DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITY
- Maintaining and administering computer networks and related computing environments including systems software, applications software, hardware, and configurations.
- Performing disaster recovery operations and data backups when required.
- Protecting data, software, and hardware by coordinating, planning and implementing network security measures.
- Troubleshooting, diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and other network and system problems.
- Replacing faulty network hardware components when required.
- Maintaining, configuring, and monitoring virus protection software and email applications.
- Monitoring network performance to determine if adjustments need to be made.
- Conferring with network users about solving existing system problems.
- Operating master consoles to monitor the performance of networks and computer systems.
- Coordinating computer network access and use.
- Install, configure and test networking infrastructure with integration , of computer hardware, and operating system software.
- Average knowledge of VLan and VOIP
